City of Fountains Getaway

Negative: We recently stayed at this Airbnb for a 3-night, 4-day trip and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. First, the location did not feel very safe. The neighborhood itself raised concerns, and the apartment doors didn’t help—there were noticeable gaps at the top and bottom, which made us feel uneasy about security during our stay. Inside, the condition of the furniture was poor. The couch had visible stains and even cuts in one of the cushions, making it feel worn and in need of replacement. For a stay with three guests, only two towels and two washcloths were provided, which was not sufficient for the length of our visit. The most concerning issue was the bedding. When we went to sleep, we discovered that the comforter had what appeared to be dried, caked-on food stains. It seemed like it had been turned over to hide the mess rather than properly cleaned. Unfortunately, there were no extra blankets available, so we had no choice but to use it. Additionally, the smart thermostat did not function at all—the screen was unresponsive and we couldn’t adjust the temperature. It never turned on during our stay. Thankfully, there was a small electric fireplace in the living room that we relied on. Overall, this was not a clean or comfortable experience. I wish I had paid closer attention to previous reviews before booking. I would not recommend this property if you’re looking for a safe, clean, and well-maintained place to stay. Oh, and the grass was very overgrown and needed to be mowed.

Positive: La ubicación , en realidad el departamento es amplio y cómodo y tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días Negative: El ruido , es una casa vieja y el sonido se propaga de manera insoportable por toda la casa , las personas de arriba eran extremadamente ruidosa no pude dormir en toda la semana , cualquier mínimo movimiento de arriba se escucha abajo muy fuerte , los pasos , las personas que estaban ahí movían muebles en la noche la madrugada , corrían , fue una pesadilla honestamente

Positive: Very comfortable bed and the place is spacious

Very nice place clean , the host is understanding also message back fast and have great communication skills

Unit pictured is one of 4 different units. Ours was not the pictured one and was in much worse condition than what is seen in pictures. Not clean. I spent several days after my stay sick from inhaling mold.
