Positive: Very comfortable bed and the place is spacious

Very nice place clean , the host is understanding also message back fast and have great communication skills

Unit pictured is one of 4 different units. Ours was not the pictured one and was in much worse condition than what is seen in pictures. Not clean. I spent several days after my stay sick from inhaling mold.

Negative: The front door did not lock.

Do NOT stay here if you value peace of mind. Negative: I have traveled all over North America and never had an experience like this before. Please do not stay here if you are expecting a clean home away from home, you are better off at any hotel. The property grounds are covered with trash the moment you enter the driveway, and bags of trash are piled next to where you will park. The main entrance is dirty and had a red liquid on the floor. Inside, you are greeted by an old, overused, shower liner with hair, a “brown” stained shower curtain, old bleach stained washrags, and food stained towels. The toilet had old urine stains … One bed had what looked to be a food stain, and the other had hair on the pillows, so I slept on the one with the stain. In the first bedroom, there are old food, crumbs and stains under the side table. I pointed these things out to the “host” immediately after arriving (~11pm), and they replied the next day (~12pm) saying they would “thoroughly clean” and replace the bathroom curtains/liner/rags, offered a 20% (~$10) discount for the first night of my stay (keep in mind, they have a $85 cleaning fee + a linen fee AND a bed fee) .. I asked if the entire stay could be refunded completely & I will find somewhere else to stay, but Kevin replied “Since the stay had already begun and the unit was reserved and prepared exclusively for your reservation, we're unable to offer a full refund.” …. I guess that is the standard for how they prepare their space for guests. I had to ask 3 times when the host would come fix the issues as they agreed, ended up showering at my gym because I had an event to attend. They eventually show up after 6pm (6 HOURS after) and only leave new towels and rags …. they did not clean anything or change the curtains/liner or linen as agreed, because Kevin said they are “clean”. So, they refused to give me a full refund because the property was “prepared” for me .. but refused to actually do anything they offered to fix the issues.
